He is very bubbly, hyperactive, high-spirited and friendly. He has a personality of a young boy through he does have some girly traits. He is quite reckless, stubborn, and most of the time annoys certain people but he means well and still a nice young boy. He is very different from his stepsister Gwen as he is hyper, loud, confident and immature, while Gwen is calm, quiet, shy and mature, through despite being different from each other they love each other deeply and get along most the time.

He and Lily are considered best friends and get along great and hang out and play together a lot. The only difference between them is that Buddy seems to be more naughty and ditzy.
