Lily Bright is a young 2nd grade girl. She is the same size as Chum Chum. She has long black hair that she wears in two downwards pigtails and blue eyes, she wears a pink overalls dress, a white shirt, hot pink socks, pink shoes, light pink bows in her hair, and pink sparkly earrings. She is voiced by Kath Soucie in Season 1, Dionne Quan in Season 2 and Erin Pearce for the rest of the series due to Quan retiring in voice acting.

She and Buddy are considered best friends and get along, hang out and play together a lot. The only difference between them is that Lily seems to be more well-behaved and smarter.

- She along with Olivia, Gwen, Rosie, Buddy and Janitor Russ Poopatine are the only characters in the series to have an eye color.
- In Season 1 when Kath Soucie voiced her, Soucie used the voice she did for baby Lil DeVille from “Rugrats” when she was voiced by Dionne Quan in Season 2, Quan used the voice she used for baby Kimi Finster also from “Rugrats”, and when she was voiced by Erin Pearce, Pearce used the voice she used for Toodee from the American dub of “Yo Gabba Gabba”.
